The apartment is located in the exclusive Skuggahverfi in Reykjavik which is in walking distance to everything you could want to explore in the small cosmopolitan capital of Iceland and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, nice bathroom with jaccuzzi and separate shower, washer/dryer, four beds and sofabed in living room (sleeps six adults), dining/living room babybed/chair, cable tv, wireless internet (WiFi). The apartment is located on the ground floor and very accessable to handicapped and people with small children. There is a patio where you can relax and enjoy the Icelandic summer nights which can sometimes be surprisingly warm. Cleaning is provided for so you just have to enjoy staying at this wonderful apartment.
This apartment is available from 200 USD per night at low season, and 240 USD at high season (minimum three nights stay).

Once you've selected your dates, you will automatically be taken to the next step, where we require you provide us with some basic information, to complete the booking.
It is vital that you provide us with your name, address and an active e-mail address, so that we may contact you with important information regarding your stay.
Once you've filled out the booking form, you will be taken to PayPal, where a deposit of half the total amount of your stay is required to secure your booking. When the booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

Parking spaces belonging to the building are located appr. 20 meters from the house, both in the front and in the back. The parking is free of charge.

Alcohol is only sold in state run shops, called "VINBUDIN". They are located around the city and in the shopping malls. The closest one to the apartment is in Austurstraeti about 600 mtrs. away.
There are ATM machines in many places throughout the country and in all of the shopping malls. Banks are usually not open on the weekends, with the exception of Landsbanki at the international airport.
Electricity is 220 v in Iceland but most computers, cameras, phones etc, have built in both 110 and 220 so there shouldn´t be a problem. We have adapters in the apartment as well as a transformer if needed.
Appr. 35 – 40 minutes drive from the apartment.
The mall “Kringlan” is about five minutes by car and the mall “Smáralind” is appr. ten minutes drive.
The weather in Iceland can be unpredictable so pack your windbreaker!

The total balance of your stay must be paid 7 days prior to arrival. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of reservation & no refund will be given.
We require a minimum of three nights stay and those three nights are non-refundable.
